The teacher, Dr Lisa Ciechomski PhD is an accredited Satyananda Yoga Teacher. She is also a psychologist with over twelve years experience in health research, private practice and education.

Lisa provides weekly yoga classes in Ballarat (Wendouree) and Ballan. Lisa has taught yoga for Staff at PINARC, SCOPE and the University of Ballarat. She has trained psychologists in meditation and has run mindfulness based stress reduction programs at BP Australia.
